All arrangements are designed and prepared exclusively by Bunches

When you order from Bunches you know our  florists has lovingly made your order. We do not use Couriers.

All orders accepted before 12.00 hrs (CET) will be delivered on the same working day. Any orders placed after 12.00 hrs (CET) will be delivered the following working day.

If there is any change of address, or a wrong address is given, a new order has to be placed, there will be no refund.

You must complete all the address fields when entering your order, including the recipient phone number. Please avoid using addresses where you believe the recipient to be absent most of the day. When the recipient is not at home our delivery person will leave a card/message to contact Bunches.

If you provide us with incorrect or invalid credit card or payment details we cannot process your order. We will attempt to contact you to correct these details, but in all cases you are fully responsible for any issues that arise from providing such incorrect details.

In all arrangements of assorted flowers, the colours shown online will be used. Sometimes this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value although every effort is made to fulfil your order as closely as possible to the photos.

If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

All flower products are naturally grown products and will vary from pictures.

Local delivery area is considered  Benalmadena, Mijas & Costas, Fuengirola, Marbella & Costas. Any remote or distant delivery from outside this area will include an extra delivery charge.  If in doubt regarding areas please contact us.
